Optional Adventure Packages for Overseas Action Program Participants
As an Overseas Action volunteer, you will be part of an intense, challenging and rewarding proram. Taking time out at the end of your program for an Adventure Package is highly recommended and most volunteers do so! The Adventure Package is optional, so the cost is not included in your program package.
Kenya
Cost: $US330 to be paid on arrival
WYI works in conjunction with a safari agent in Kenya to offer you a fantastic 3-day all inclusive Masai Mara Game Park Safari!
Your package will include:
- Return transport from Nairobi
- Park entrance fees
- Accommodation in a camping village within the game park (guarded by Masai warriors)
- All meals
- A huge variety of African animals

WYI works in conjunction with a qualified travel agent to offer you a fantastic 3-night/4 day Inca Trail to Macchu Picchu! Your Inca Trail package will include:
- Return transport from Cusco
- Park entrance fees and a guide
- Accommodation in tents along the trail

Nepal
Cost: Approximately $600AUD to be paid on arrival
WYI works in conjunction with a qualified trekking agent to offer you a fantastic 13 day adventure package! You will embarke on a 8 day trek to the Annaupurna Ranges, spend several nights in the lakeside town of Pokhara, and have 2 days of white water rafting! Your adventure program will include:
- Accommodation, transportation and all meals from Kathmandu
- 4 nights accommodation in Pokhara before and after your trek
- An 8 day, 7 night 'tea-house' trek in the Annapurna Ranges (Guest house accommodation)
- A 2 day, 1 night white water rafting package
- Return transportation to Kathmandu

WYI works with a local adventure agency to offer you a 5 day package throughout Cambodia. The first 3 days will be spent exploring the famous Angkor Wat Temples nearby to Siem Reap.
